The lot is gi-normous, would be a great place for an infinity-edge pool. Looks like they never replaced the carport, but the “great room” addition was nicely done…I would have made it bigger to take better advantage of the ocean view, but it’s ok.
The thin layer of bark in the yard also scream quick flip.
