Check out this post with 3 identical homes in Corona. Home #2 was purchased in May for 1.2M and is now listed for $800k. It’s been listed for over 2 months, I smell fraud! If this thing sells that’s a 33% loss in 5 months. Or $400K plus fees, ouch!
