13785 Via Cima Bella

Hello All,
Just wondering if any other Piggs have had a look at this property. I saw it about a month ago and felt it needed a lot of work. Also noticed that it keeps going into pending status and back on the market every few weeks. Do you think they buyers are backing out after inspection? Any thoughts and theories are welcome.

I can’t seem to put the link down to redfin since it triggers a spam filter.

You’re not kidding about the yo-yo pending/active status.

I think it must be because the basketball hoop and the pattern on the garage door, in combo with the 2 windows, make it look like a jack-o-lantern.

It should trigger the captcha thing – you enter the code then it accepts it.

You can also ask Rich to add you to a “regular poster” list. Try sending him a PM (left menu bar has a Messages area.)
