You might have been thinking of when I mentioned this lot earlier, and you said that frequently there’s a builder “VIP” or employee or something who will take a premium lot. I was worried about that (I’d seen it happen before, too) right up until they called our name. Fortunately, it didn’t happen in this case.

Yeah, we lived on a canyon before, and we had rabbits eating our plants and mice trying to live in our barbecue. I thought about getting a cat, but figured it wouldn’t last with the coyotes there.
