ParticipantBad idea. If you ever need to sell the location will make it more difficult and less profitable. My neighbor had great difficulty selling her house solely based on the busy street.
After renting on a busy street I wouldn’t consider living next to an elementary or on a main road. Just backing out of my driveway is challenging on a good day and a nightmare at times.
