    So how far fetched is the owner of 948 Citrine Way?

    It is a range of $750-$775k and has a great lot with view, but all the other listings in this post have to make buyers worry about paying higher than $500s for anything in SEH.

    I work with the owner of the property and I think he would be lucky to get in the low $600k right now.

    Go back to them somewhere between $225-$230k. If not accepted, then wait for the next opportunity. I bet by June you will find something nice in the very low $200s

    you might want more than 10% in international but I wouldn’t go overboard. International is the new “hot topic” and place to invest, so I wonder if the general public is going to bet heavy on international chasing winners and end up getting burned
