In regards to the not being open about the credit card….he may be embarrassed. He may have learned a hard lesson in “living within his means 101”.
The fact that he is paying child support is a huge red flag. In my opinion, anyone with kids is off limits. His child/children should be his first priority, above any girlfriend/wife. Did you know that he had children? Not sound harsh, just looking from the outside in.
Just remember that there are LOTS of fish in the sea.

I don’t think that I would do the East Coast thing. One reason that I don’t like this particular area is that I don’t like to get into “pissing contests” with other people. We live well below our means and I am a shorts/jeans, tank top and flip flops type of person…no glamour (unless my husband decides to drop some cash on me).
