Jealous you were there!
I second that. has been following it peripherally all day.
so does the 250k attendance figure put out by the media sound about right?
sure beats the 87k from Glenn Beck.
Somewhere between 200 and 250 I figure.
It was great.
And crowded as hell.

Participant
BG – really appreciate the advice. A quick search reveals what appears to be a purchase money mortgage in 2006 and a 2nd TD in May 2007, neither of which have been reconveyed. Also odd is a TD/Assignment of Rents from an individual not long after purchase, which was later reconveyed.
If I want to get copies of the docs at the office on PCH, will I have to pay?
Yes.
Or you can call an agent you know (like ) and have them use their super human title company powers to get a free pdf.Its like $.50 a sheet at the county.
That does not sound like much but it can add up if there are multiple documents (all of which are several pages).urbanrealtor

ParticipantI appreciate the opinions and insight.
In reading the reactions as well as the the letter, it occurs to me that I am betraying too much of my frustration at having this conversation repeatedly.
I think that a better choice of words would soften the whole rant component of it while maintaining bluntness.
In rereading it, I think that bluntness needs to stay, though perhaps in a more polished way.
Additionally, I think I should add some more specific and constructive price advice.
Fair enough.
I thank the peanut gallery for the opinions. expressed.
