ParticipantTW is competely inept. I made the grievous error of signing up for their cable tv service via the internet, the installation fee was supposed to be waived but wasn’t. Since I was an “internet customer” I was not allowed to speak to their normal customer service, but was given a special internet customer number. That number always went to voicemail, I left a message requesting a return phone call about 10 times, never got a return call. I kept calling the elite “non-internet customer service” and talking to managers and never did get the $30 back after 2 months of trying. For the love of god, do not take the bold step of signing up for cable tv over the internet. What a complete joke they are.
