I am fine with a 2/2 condo. I’ve never been to Santee, but looked around at a few of the listings. Definitely can get more land out there, and the 52 opening up is great.
Not planning on having kids.

I agree with this.A quick look at PB and there are several 2/2’s – including an REO in the complex my grandparents lived in. It’s a really nice older condo conversion… walkable to stores, Kate Sessions, etc… at the end of a dead end street.

Are there any rebates or do I have to pay sticker price? Did the price of solar go down without rebates?
[/quote]
http://www.gosolarcalifornia.ca.gov/csi/index.phpI think the federal rebates expired or are about to expire… I could absolutely be wrong, though.

ParticipantI’m not a big fan of the glue traps either.
Our construction then getting a dog was a good way to remove the rats who lived on our lot. They used to run along our fence line and had a nest behind our shed. Shed was removed as it was in the path of heavy grading equipment… now we have a dog who LOVES to sniff out stuff… haven’t seen a single rat since we got the dog.UCGal
