    After 5 years on Piggington & long and stressful 6 month active house hunt, we finally got our keys yesterday. We spent over 93 days in escrow dealing with one particular short sale, and we’re happy it’s over. It wasn’t an amaizing deal, but we’re happy with the results. Also, we were lucky enough to lock our rate low (4.25)which made us stick to the deal.

    Now let the work(paint/flooring/kitchen) begin.

    Congratulation!! Especially on that 4.25 interest rate. Do you have a lot of work to do?

    I am also buying a REO home and the process is taking way too long. Can’t wait to get the keys and work on the house.
