Sorry… the OP mentioned for lease signs. And subsequent posters mentioned unemployment. I didn’t realize we were only talking retail.

On the retail front – I see a lot of empty storefronts in UC (near Henry’s) and in Clairemont (on the three retail corners at Balboa and Genesee.)

I don’t think we’re out of the woods.
