ParticipantLOL Crap happens all the time in China, you never hear about it.
Dams, bridges fail, Riots etc…
High Speed Rail crashes etc,..
You never hear about it here.

ParticipantMaybe moot point, all you need is a leader declare it.
Los Angles now saying July re-opening.
Just about all small biz will be BK by then IMO.

ParticipantSeems like a design to keep everyone in perpetual lock down.
At some point I could see a revolt.

ParticipantKeep your phone GPS off IMO.

ParticipantI work out every morning, just jumping jacks and weights maybe a little running back and forth across 20′ or so in my living room as fast as I can for a minute or so.
So the Idea of spending thousands on something like this just seems dumb in the first place to me.
I am done in 15-20 minutes.

Participant
Unemployment numbers keeps going up, but surprisingly don’t see equity markets further tanking. Porque?
FANG stocks holding up market mostly is my guess, you look at spyd and it’s still down maybe 30% from high.
(that and it’s proof the fed can hold up any market no matter what).Zombie market ….
Out most my SLV position (still keeping a little).
Still out of market mostly, too rich for me LOL.The-Shoveler

IMO SWRC should do OK.
Weekly mortgage applications point to a remarkable recovery in homebuying
Also Lowes had blowout earnings numbers so people are spending money on RE.

ParticipantAt one point I saw Condos going for 30-50K in Vegas during last downturn (almost got one),
chickened out, seemed too far to use much.
I would not expect to get that price again, but Flyer would probably know better. Too many boomers I know want to grab one.
Vegas uses Fed minimum wage I think, so low end is really loooow.

Participant

Moderna closed at $80, below pre pre market levels, but still up 20% on one day. Crazy!
If there is any setback to their vaccine trials, this thing will fall like a brick.
Markets finished ok today too
The timing was really really good. They are issuing 2 billion in new shares.
Seems Moderna could now be focus of SEC investigation.The-Shoveler
ParticipantIn a place where we were staying a few weeks (temporarily),
I hooked up my iphone as a hot spot then used a Wifi extender. A bit slow but it worked.
The extender we had already at the house so I just brought that with us.

ParticipantCool, nice gift for kids as long as they don’t lose them.
We have a little physical silver (wife uses a little to put in drinking water etc..).
Too much hassle for me to have very much physical stuff, SLV as a trading vehicle when it gets too over sold like IMO it was at 13 or so is worth considering IMO.
I thought of it as a S&P substitute in the above case with maybe a little panic kicker possible.

Participant
So Silver down big (probably more than the S&P500)
I am nibbling a little here on SLV shares
IMO probably margin call selling but maybe I am wrong.
Thoughts?
Well my SLV (bought at 13 and 11) seems to have done better than the S&P-500 or Gold in this rally,
Got a trailing stop on it so I get out at least 30% gain.
