Negates the view, not just power or phone, looks like a loom in the sky, wires going everywhere, super yuck. Trouble with that house is that it is at the high end for the neihborhood, in both size and quality, that rarely translates into dollars, upgrading to the point the house doesn’t belong there is a sure sign of a rookie flipper.

Participantcv2, you are confusing us. Are you using the abbreviation CV for Carmel Valley, while spelling out Chula Vista, because you compared CV to Chula Vista when the OP was probably using the abbreviation CV for Chula Vista.
