No, as a conservative I am not calling the bottom yet on real estate. I think this is a false bottom, brought on by the banks to stabilize the current government and prevent chaos.
“Bothering you,” If you must know I go all in on a full boat and find the exit door more often than not but that’s just me, take a poll, I doubt “bother” will be uttered by any of those polled. I have my niche fans, don’t show me the door or they will rise up against you. I’m just playing Veritas.
cardiff, I enjoyed simmons’ meltdown too, he almost needed kg’s knees so he didn’t have to admit the cavs are that much better than his beloved celtics, but they are. Cavs lakers is inevitible, you are cordially invited to watch it in casa de tg or a nuetral sports bar. I await the result of the battle between a god and his henchmen vs a collabortive force, you can root for the god and I’ll back that sacha rains 3s, trevor slashes, odom beats them down, gasol is comsistent and kobe gives king james fits. It’s gonna be great. See you all on the other side, hope crow tastes good with tapatio, for my sake.

You will just have to wait for my book “The 40 things to do to your husband so he will buy you anything and never cheat or leave.” I’m hoping amazon will market it as a package deal with one of Dr. Laura’s books. In fact I was going to shorten it to “the ten things women didn’t do in bed that screwed up their lives” but feared she’s sue me for copying her book title because it is a fortune cookie version of hers. http://www.amazon.com/Stupid-Things-Women-Their-Lives/dp/0060976497/ref=tag_tdp_ptcn_edpp_url/192-1755946-2492415
my mysoginistic version is so much more fun.
OMG TG you are so damn funny! I will buy the book, but I want a SIGNED copy.
Thanks Rice, I do what I can, if any of my books ever get finished and find their way to print, you will get a free, signed copy, DNA stains are optional.

At the start of the season he said he wasn’t ready to drink the Ariza/Farmar UCLA boys koolaid. And of course I predicted Bynum would get hurt. I’ll admit Farmar isn’t totally back from injury but Ariza has been fantastic. My prediction, lakers vs cleveland, lakers in 6, final answer!
The playoffs start Saturday, what’s with all this geopolitical warspeak, the Padres are off to a great start, Tiger and Phil both gave us a show at Augusta and the Lakers have never looked better, cmon, lets relax a little.
Not so fast my friend. Farmar’s production over this last month has been less than stellar, and Derrick Fisher is aging right in front of our eyes. Plus we have the King. Cavs in 7.
The Sports’ Guy has had some great columns lately. If you like the NBA you have to read Simmons, and I listened to one of his podcasts with Adam Carolla as guest and it was funny as hell.
cardiff, Bill Simmons (aka the sports guy) is required reading, I’m suprised you or someone else hasn’t connected the dots and realized my writing style is a complete rip off of simmons. I’m with you and Bill on Fish and Farmar being in a bit of a slump but simmons is too much of a bostonian to notice shannon. Shannon Brown is the future guard, but for now, Fish gets the respect minutes (who can forget .4 seconds) and Farmar will get his share but that is their only weakenss, the point guard is by committee. In the triangle, the point isn’t that big of a deal anyway.
Still King james is epic, but is mo and company enough, will the tougher road in the east be too much, we shall see, either way, it’s a good thing.
