That’s the crux of the issue, you only have to be accountable to you, don’t worry about everyone else. We will get through this and we will get through the next thing, but in the end, you only need to worry about how you feel about you.
Not paying your debts, breaking your promises, cheating on your taxes, having an abortion, cheating on your spouse, lying to your kids, faking erectile dysfuntion just to get a viagra prescription for sport, leaving the toilet seat up, whatever it is that you feel is ethical or unethical yet isn’t illegal, let it go, free yourself of the hall monitor duties and just worry about impressing yourself.
I’m more than halfway though my time on the planet and i’ll be damned if I am going to turn back now on the undefeated record for at least five of the eight aforementioned examples, some things define you and even if they cost you a little in getting ahead as far as money goes, once lost, principles cannot be reaquired.
This has been a viral e-mail, i’m sure you’ve all gotten it before but as a reminder

ParticipantIt’s a good offer, principal write downs are only temporary and incur a lien, they aren’t as good as they sound. I’ve actually not heard of permanent lowered interest rates for 30 years, there’s usually a catch. The FDIC loan mod guidelines allow for the lender to get something on the back end, they usually get everything back when it sells or returns to value.
The reason they will forclose and lose money is because if they fold, then everyone wants that deal and that deal loses them money. Since it is a credit union, and i belong to one, then it loses me money. If I had voting rights in my credit union, I would refuse any loan mods, just foreclose as quick as possible, destroy his credit, take the hit to the bottom line and stop the endless line of people with their hand out. I had a professor one who allowed you to dispute your grade, if he decided your argument was flawed, he lowered your grade. Standing in a line of ten people outside his office, the first guy came out and said he tried to argue his b to an a and the prof lowered his grade to a c. Everyone in line immediately left. Now that i think about it, that guy was probably pulling our leg, but it worked.
Tell your brother you and I said “your welcome” since inevitably you and I get to pay for this.

ParticipantI think the demographics of the buyers or the price of the house in question will change the percentage. High end, 25%, low end 10% and everything in between probably a sliding scale between the two.
In low end and rentals, price matters more than anything, but as you move up, things become more important for the type of buyers who don’t need to worry about price so much.
I hate bad science and b.s. lawsuits. I drink tap water, encourage silicon breast implants and diet coke is one of my four food groups, but I wouldn’t live too close to above ground high voltage power lines, that’s one of the few conspiracy theories I kinda buy into.

Participantmaurice is still cheap, at the local costco it might set you back $5. To be honest I haven’t been in there since you were in college. If that’s your last exposure, you gotta come give it a try. It’s an entirely different world now.
I love this property and facility, you can get a massage, a fantastic meal and stay the night. It probably hurt for the sacramento bee to write this, but a Temecula Winery won winery of the year for the state at North America’s oldest wine competition, two years running.

and from yahoo last year

here’s their website
and some pics just to show you what I’m talking about in case you are confused why a cosmopolitan gent like myself stomps on these grounds, scroll through, it should get you in the car.

I like going there, love the food, but there is better wine in the valley IMHO and it can get a little touristy and seeing kenny g perform in the vines isn’t my cup of tea, but if your vision of my viticultural region is $3 maurice carrie, you gotta get in the car and come check it out, while you weren’t looking, it grew up.
