I guess the theory is that by having fake listings shown on Zillow, that will generate interest and phone calls to the realtor’s office. When they call, maybe he’ll simply tell them that one is unavailable but he can show them other homes.
But the problem is that the prices he shows on the fake listings are about 06 prices – way too much in today’s market! You would think that would cause people to breeze on by instead of calling.
