Looks like the prices have not changed much since April 2011. Does that mean that we are getting close to a bottom as the overall market has weakened over the last few months? I’m still interested in buying a 3/3 condo (1,700 sqft) for investment.
Those units rent out for about $2,500/month depending on location within the complex. In my opinion there a far better investment properties out there but if you’re planning to hold on for a long time or even consider living there it’s a great option. The location is very convenient and the development is nice.

sunny88ParticipantI can’t wait to see how these homes look like. If the prices start in the $800 Serenity and Montoro have to drop their prices significantly. After seeing Montoro I can’t even imagine that anybody would buy these cheaply built homes down in that canyon.

sunny88ParticipantI think that the high MR still deters many buyers from buying at Stonebridge. The MR adds at least another $150k to the home prices and for that price you can buy a much nicer home in Poway.

sunny88ParticipantI have refied a few times and every time I tried one of those online companies they either couldn’t deliver what was advertised or the service was very poor and time consuming. I always ended up doing business with one the big banks in town (BofA or Wells Fargo) where I had a loan officer personally working on my refi. I may have paid a little more but the process was done more efficiently. In general, if it looks too good to be true it usually is.
