Sometimes it’s just really nice to look back at posts and know that you were spot on, rather than wrong :). I sensed it coming and the lagging indicators were definitely there.
If I were asked to predict where things were going I’d say we are going to see a short term spike in commodity prices and equities, but I believe something ugly is lurking. Another crash, possibly, but this time something on a grander scale (it could be some time to come, but current prices are just unsustainable). I even see metals being crushed again. I wish I could buy 100oz bars of grain!

socratttParticipant

We’d never guess otherwise Brian! The proof is in the pudding, left is in your blood. Could you have picked anyone else that you had confidence in within the Dem party? I’m not a huge fan of Obama, but I think I have more confidence in Obama than Geithner, at least he pays his taxes.
Given that so many are accusing Geithner of being a tool of the bankers, I don’t see how Geithner is on the left.
Both sides fall victim Brian, but in this case he was appointed by the left and YOU made the comment. Sorry if I was quick to judgement, but I think it’s fair to say your left arm is probably touching the ground as we speak.
I don’t like any of these guys, so I could care less who appointed who. It’s quite obvious that everything about our system is broken and corrupt. I find it odd that people still take the time to boast about meaningless people like Geithner, who are merely puppets of the FED. Geithner has done nothing and doesn’t belong in his position, but that goes for just about every politician. I just wish I was better at hanging signs in high school. I could’ve blossomed into an amazing career politician, which would have ensured my family a free meal ticket, for life.

We may never know for sure in our lifetime whether power lines effect us, but the truth is that power lines within a couple hundred feet is certainly something that may detract future buyers. Personally I hate power lines as it’s just a eye sore when they are close. Since I don’t really know the health hazards and may never know, I prefer to stay away. I have two little ones, so I probably think a little differently. Good luck!
