Why do the people now get upset about a meaningless (at least dollar wise) ceremony when over the last 30 years our Congress and Senate along with the President have pursued public policy that rewards trading with Communist China? We have made them very very strong, why not celebrate our retarded behavior?

Government NEVER gives up power, never, and is forever trying to slowly expand it’s powers. Now and then the Government is able to expand in leaps and bounds and that happened under the last admin.

Most people have never owned gold and never will. When gold goes up a few hundred dollars over decades people scream bubble yet don’t even talk about bubbles in housing and stock markets until they quadruple.
