ParticipantI think 2009 will be a repeat of 2008 in some areas but not in others. I think countywide stats are worthless because we are a series of submarkets moving at different paces. I think downtown luxury condos will get hit much more than 10%. I think in our area (NCC) an approx 10% decline sounds about right.
