Thanks everybody for your inputs. I have scheduled payments through my chase account’s bill pay free service (central mortgage said I dont have to send the coupon if the payment has loan number on it). First payment will be Nov 1, keeping my fingers crossed.

Our mortgage is sold to Fannie Mae and Central Mortgage Company is the one that collects our payments, I think they manage the loans for Fannie Mae. They have one more option to pay by check, which I thought I could set up bill pay from my bank account. But they want the “payment coupons” to be sent to them with the check. Not sure if I can get away with that… I am going to call them up and see if I can do that.
