SD RealtorParticipant
So let’s see… the event has not just randomly come up, it has been planned for quite awhile. Lets see…perhaps it makes sense to allow a rally that supports one of the key items he has pledged to support. One that is supported by millions, actually tens of millions of potential voters. Then there is barricading vets, which of course I don’t believe he cared about one way or another. I agree he had no hand in that.
Like I said, the shutdown is selective. This rally was important to his voters… the vets… not so much.
SD RealtorParticipantUmmm….. seeing that Pelosi actually thanked him for the use of the National Mall for the rally I actually believe he did know about it and okayed it. Especially since the rally didn’t just appear overnight.
SD RealtorParticipantI read somewhere that even though the National Mall was closed there was a big rally there complete with a sound stage and portable bathrooms.
I guess the closed stuff is kind of selective.

Sometimes it is hard not to get emotional, especially when responses defy logic and are contrary to the stated facts of the case.
SD RealtorParticipantNice… I kind of figured San Diego would have been his next stop.
SD RealtorParticipantnsr I completely agree with you. I should clarify that I don’t think Obama had anything to do with it personally as well. However, it is the responsibility of his administration, this includes him, to put rein in the government employees, especially those ideologues, who behave in that manner. There should be an emphasis on equal treatment to all people regardless of affiliation and there should be some review and checks and balances in place to identify systemic abuse when it occurs. Similarly when abuses are found there should be a swift response, identification of those involved, and nobody should be given immunity.
It is the responsibility of the administration to make sure these measures are in place, especially when the agency in question has acted in a dubious manner more then once.
I do not see any of that going on.
SD RealtorParticipantThere have been a few sheer coincidences with the IRS and this administration.

I dont wear a yamulke and those that hate are much more inclined to show there real colors behind peoples back. Then when I let them know my religion they backtrack or say something stupid like how they were kidding. You dont have to look far to find something online weekly if not daily. Do you really think Chris rock wojld turn away or make a joke if he encountered a racist? No he most likely would confront them.

I hate to think of what modern society would be like without the former. It takes much more courage to stand up and confront wongness in whatever form it takes. For most it is simply not in thier DNA to do so.

Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean it is not there.
I see a lot of it. I choose not to ignore it or laugh it off.
October 3, 2013 at 4:22 PM in reply to: OT: Justice for Alexian Lien: victim of mob beating… #766147SD RealtorParticipantI saw some of the videos as well. Correct me if I am wrong but the bikers were pissed off to begin with because they were not granted a permit that they wanted for the ride. Agreed they were not only at fault but this poor family bore the brunt of their ire.
What a bunch of friggin sad sacks. It is one thing if they want to raust another bunch of bikers. Beating up a family guy in an SUV.
Real brave.

SD RealtorParticipantTo late. They tracked me down long ago

Humor is good for cases like, you know, when you are at the gym working out and people are there just to be posers.
