The point that San Diego was making is that if there is any repatriation of funds between buyer/seller that is done outside of escrow then it is mortgage fraud without question. I could not tell from the original post if that 20k was done in escrow or out of escrow, thus I did not comment.

ParticipantKev I would go for it. Maybe they take it and maybe they don’t. If it really is bank owned there is nothing at all to lose by submitting the offer. If they don’t take it, then resubmit the offer each 4 or 5 weeks. Ya never know if you don’t try!

ParticipantSands is a big boy and I think it is beneficial for him to tell most people something they already know. Fact is that so many licensed realtors are not practicing anymore and that trend will continue. Things will shake out because that is the way it works. If you cannot make money you cannot make money.

Participantguys fyi there are 4 pendings right now over there as well. one 1532 sf priced 598-628, one 2527 priced at 875, one 2765 priced at 795-875, and one 2765 priced at 795-875…
I am sure those pendings pissed off the other two actives that are the exact same floorplan but priced at 875-975 and 980 even.
