ParticipantI would agree with Bugs… If you are not buying soon then you may find some pretty reasonable prices in alot of areas that have priced themselves out of reach of most buyers. The entire north east Carlsbad corridor, the San Elijo areas that Bugs mentioned, San Marcos, even areas such as Poway, Rancho Penasquitos and other places may surprise you if you have a few years to wait it out.
