Poway house – dropping over at least 20% already

  We have physically visited this house back in 2006. We did not make an offer because the location and neighborhood is not very attractive.

  Sold price: $625,000
  
  Price Reduced: 09/01/07 — $625,000 to $590,000
  Price Reduced: 09/08/07 — $590,000 to $570,000
  Price Reduced: 09/21/07 — $570,000 to $525,000
  Price Reduced: 09/26/07 — $525,000 to $495,000
  
  In the market for over 146 days and, still, no one interested even after 20% dropped. Bad luck to the flipper losing over $130,000 already.
  
  At the end, I think the seller will be luck to get $350,000 for this crap which translates to $275,000 loss.
