That would support my hypothesis that we lost or not attract as many young people as in the past due to home affordability, fewer or worse paid entry jobs/junior positions or a combination of those. That (age) is an important factor in determining the median household income.

ParticipantI would like to believe that the housing prices will go down in the areas I am looking in…but I am afraid a new housing bubble is being inflated artificially by the Feds. R. Shiller himself actually expressed that fear. And I’ve seen that mentioned in some other article whose title escapes me now…
