ParticipantMay be someone near retirement with no school-age children but still works near Qualcomm or UTC area and doesn’t want to make mortgage payments after retirement?
I am ready to close on a slightly larger house on Raven Ridge for way more than this (also back to Calle Cristobal but not at a corner). This Rimridge deal is giving me some reservations. But, I am sticking my deal. I like this area.

Apparently it was all cash on a REO.
Nobody I know saw the inside, which could have been in very bad shape.Congrats jimmyle! Was it also an REO? If that’s so, it was in great shape which justifies the price. Plus it’s significanltly larger. I almost put an offer on it myself. That’s a nice area, I like it too.
