ParticipantIn general, women would prefer to stay home with children.
I never believed this when I was younger.

ParticipantRamblings are generally clear to me but whfn someone tries to be com
pletely logical they sound horrifically ambiguous to methis is outstanding claymation here really amazing and funny.
Right now what matters to me is strength. Muscular strength.
I’m doing this http://www.hundredpushups.com program; the goal is to do 100 consecutive pushups. Really what matters more; a slightly cheap monthly payment or being able to drop down and pump out 100 pushups in a row.
Well ok, both are important.

ParticipantA good double feature would be the 2009 claymation feature MAry and Max about a guy w aspergers who hates change. Really funny. Might be called max and Mary. Instant view on netflix.

ParticipantIf you find yourself getting offended a lot, that’s bad.
Today I drove by this guy with a hose. He accidentally I think sprayed thru my window and hit me Ikn the face. I stopped in shock. He was so apologetic. I shrugged it off … “randomness of the universe” I replied to the hosing. He was so happy I wasn’t all bent out of shape.
You know, very little is actually worth getting worked up about.
It’s just a letter. Some water. A nasty comment. A snub. A weird remark. A brief assault.
Let it all go

ParticipantAnother monkey wrench; scientific studies which show what appear to be ironclad causal links tend to decline over tome when tests are done over a period of years in many cases. I don’t have the cite but this was a lengthy new yorker article a few months back.
Scientists are puzzled.
Never accept anything as established.

ParticipantNot sure how this would apply to lawyers. If it were targeted I thinkbits impermissible ; if it’s general I think it’s ok. But not sure. If you’re arrested some crim attorneys send out jail mail to everyone booked that night. I think that’s permissible.
Realtor ethical code unknown to me.
Ethics was one of my favorites classes. I like arguing the ethical rules.
Even comes up in real life occasionally.
I used to work or ethics opinions for a firm I once worked for, internal opinions.

ParticipantWhatever is expected won’t happen. The plan is to drive down mortgage rates so they will spike up at least for next week. If expectations reverse at that point they’ll go down.
But jeez isn’t there a lower limit? Someone has to hold the investment ultimately.

ParticipantDifference between conforming and nonconforming looks much larger than last year. Nonconforming not so cheap.
Thinking about putting 25000 to buy the balance down to conforming to get about .7 percent lower today. Is that reasonable?
Maybe wait a bit? I won’t feel bad if I miss out on .7 percent.
