ParticipantIf you are actually working to lift at your limit, is it natural to grunt?
The majority I see at the gym appears to be dicking around. 85 percent body swinging bicep curls 15 perc misc. Other lifts. Very few seem to be putting it all out there. When they’re done they look like they went for a stroll in the park. The people with trainers are just chatting away while doing easy little reps. I swear I want to tell them to chat elsewhere. My grunting is less distracting than the endless blather about nonlifting topics between trainers am “trainees”.
Very very few seems to be working their ass off.
And they laugh at the occasional grunt.

Participanti think it would be quite comfortable to wear justa fig leaf.
we named one of our dogs fig.
the sec did seem kind fo lame with the madoff thing.
Having done some big law firm work dealing with financial prospectuses and medium size transactions, sometimes it seems like the SEC is primarily there to ensure disclosure in unbearably long, complex, unreadable and ultimately misleading prospectuses. Or at least teh appearance of disclosure. Actually, I tend to go with the whole fig leaf metaphor.

ParticipantI believe money should expire. Old money is stuffy. Keep the money moving.

ParticipantI don’t think people used to live off savings in their dotage in the olden times. I think they just died regardless of the currency situation.
