ParticipantAnd yet…
In the same way that consumer spending is good for the economy but may be bad for individual families…
Perhaps risk taking maybe a social good in the aggregate but detrimental to the average individual.
Just a thought…not sure what to make if it…

ParticipantOn the other hand he does say that he will promise us anything because he has no intention of keeping any promise hemakes once elected.
He’s a really great communicator though and has the calm soothing voice of a cult leader/hypnotist.
Lol is out loud but what’s the acronym for giggling silently and slightly creepily to self?
Gsascts?

ParticipantYes free ponies, to reduce our dependence on foreign oil, Also for compost. but pony ownership is mandatory, since we are moving to a pony based economy with a federal pony identification system.

ParticipantOne of my teachers used to fix bicycle flats on my block in Brooklyn ny in his yard in the 70s. I think he did it for the money cause he was surly, not a pedophile and charged everyone top dollar. Pretty good service if I remember.

ParticipantYeah and vermin supreme will get everything under control if you will only let him implement the federal mandatory dental health laws.

ParticipantThat situational intelligence is what distinguishes vermin supreme from the pack.

ParticipantI’ve been watching a lot of vermin supreme videos on YouTube as recommended in another thread, and frankly, I like the guy. I even like the giant boot he wears as a hat. But his policies make sense to me. I’m not sure about the federal pony identification program that would require me to have my pony with me at all times, but I trust him more than Obama Romney or even Ron Paul. Plus he’s been running for president since 1988, I think vermin deserves a chance.

Participanti can’t recall off the top of my head any supreme court opinion where they say, “jeez, we totally screwed the pooch on that one; we want to do a 180 on that rule.”
they make fine distinctions, extend rules a bit this way and that…but giant flipflops are not standard practice.

ParticipantI doubt it was just one case on this clause. I can’t remember specifically but I’d bet we are talking about dozens of cases over many many decades.
