at my best pre-summer I deadlifted 300 lbs one time with witnesses. I now believe the deadlift is the one lift to rule them all, but I am stuck with my squat bet. After I get to the 300 lb squat, which I now believe could even happen before my 50th birthday next year, I will change my screen name to deadlift400.
