Feelings are not facts.December 5, 2012 at 6:03 PM #755805scaredyclassicParticipantI also do not believe you can do a real squat on a smith machine. The path I travel w weight on heels is not a straight line down nor should it be. Also it assists the lift I hate than. Just the weight and man that’s how I feel it should be

I am more like the letter i.. a tall one at that… with big feet, pull ups are much too hard. Sharing is caring, thanks.[/quote]

December 5, 2012 at 7:57 PM #755813scaredyclassicParticipantsquatting causes a giant surge of testosterone to course through your system, is what i’ve read. this makes you strong and big and kind of scary. I feel very amazing afterwards. it’s because the entire male essence is involved in the move, unlike smaller moves that don’t engage the entire Yang.

I sprinted really fast today(which is what squats are really made for). It was like Channeling Kunta Kinte running for freedom. Testosterone or no, I was on fire. Then I remembered that the slave owners chopped his foot off with an axe. Then I remembered that that person was really O.J. I am still depressed by the whole thing.
