ParticipantScary.
Somehow the prospect of killing myself is not that terrifying to me. I am scared of lots of things. But strangely. That doesn’t freak me out

Participant
I vaguely know the mother of this kid and first heard about it from her a couple days after he was busted. The saddest, and most ridiculous part of this operation, is that it targeted a kid that was never part of the drug culture in the school. He wasn’t one of the kids that was getting high every day, or partying every weekend. He wasn’t even friends with anyone that was part of that scene. In fact, he wasn’t friends with anyone. At least until the undercover cop arrived on the scene.
If I remember correctly, as it stands now, all charges have been dropped, and the parents still have a lawsuit pending against law enforcement and the school district.
Drug war will never end until the state downloads your brain on a disk and controls it directly

Participant
Not the pistol plan. It’s ugly, leaves a mess for your loved ones, and can often fail…with horrible results.
Better to go with the opiate plan, or just a ton of sleep meds. Peaceful, painless, and fairly clean and easy for your loved ones to deal with.
not mutually exclusive. i visualize handcuffing myself to a bed, taking a bunch of drugs and shooting myself.
maybe it’s justa fnatasy. maybe it’s way harder to do than i imagine.
there’s probably no particularly good day to die.

Participant
you’re happy because you’re not fussy.
I would not accept chunks of concrete as gravel. I would want that whole section replaced.
Alternatively, you could cut out that rectangle area and pour new concrete. For a good workout, you can do the demo and hire a concrete guy. Finishing concrete is hard and not for an amateur.
Owning a sprawling house means ongoing maintenance.
I can live with some cracks. Soon all the houses will be dust.
