I am fine with a 2/2 condo. I’ve never been to Santee, but looked around at a few of the listings. Definitely can get more land out there, and the 52 opening up is great.

Not planning on having kids.

Yep, renting right now in CV. Can’t say anything bad about CV except some of the people are extremely snobby.
