Participantbsrsharma – it was a dual representation deal. The broker was trying to move this stale listing and be done with it. They had tried everything, and still dutifully have open houses about every other weekend, although those are staged furnishings in the pics and they were gone last weekend. The house is empty, sellers moved out of state a year ago. This must be a big drain on the seller as well as the listing agent, they probably both hate each other at this point.

ParticipantI agree arraya, although it is horse property, and 2 lots, but still $100k high off the bat.
The agent has text messaged me at every price drop, including the latest to $699k, to re-submit at $680k, that they will take it. I politely say no thanks, then retreat to my rental to dance the polka.rube
