ParticipantRussell, I have come to the conclusion that there is no item of horrible news regarding RE and Temecula that you will not try to spin positive. Dude, bull dozing new homes is a giant, earth shattering, ugly ugly sign of a complete RE meltdown. There is no positive spin.

Starbucks is a big flashing neon sign telling us that this depression is bad. The $5 coffeechino was the canary in the coal mine for livi’n large in America.

-95%! Ouch!
