ParticipantThey are having a VIP event on July 9th for those that are on the interest list (RVSP). The 8 floor plans will be unvieled. The 2 models (still under contruction) will be available for viewing. I’m not sure if they will build more models or not. Pricing will start in the mid 800s.

ParticipantIt looks like demand is still very strong in Stonebridge. All the reasonably priced new listings are now under contract.

ParticipantIt’s like what Familyguy is saying. To give you a price we really need to know that exact house and actually visit the lot to give an opinion. And really it would just be an opinion. If you are planing on spending 880K and put in 100K to finish the back yard, I would go with a resale. You can find some really nice houses out there for the high 900’s low million. Serenity has a cheaper feel to me then some of the other houses in Stonebridge.

ParticipantNobody ever uses that park. I think the worse thing about that lot is the slope, it’s huge. You would need to spend a lot on water and maintenance.
Here is another unrealistic listing. I don’t see the lender approving this sale:

That is a lot of new listings for the past couple of months. If this continues, you will see pressure on pricing. Up until now the demand has been far greater than supply. IMHO I don’t see the stream of listings continuing. It will probably taper off and trickle out like usual.
