ParticipantI think the aggregate P/E on the S&P 500 is about 58 at this time. Sounds a tad high to me. Unless of course, earnings will be more than doubling in the next quarter or so.

ParticipantI remember very well in 1995. Most people had given up on thinking RE would rise in price. It’d been going down for 5 years! That about wrung the hope out of everyone.
