    US$ goes par with Euro. Gold and silver mining companies double in stock price. Gold stays about $700 or more.

    Major stock indexes drop another 25%+.

    Unemployment keeps rising all year long.

    The rates can come down and it wont save the RE market. It’s about unemployment…and it’s rising to higher levels this year. Oh well.
