Why would anyone want that house (even it is a rarely found single level house), when they have this one on market and unsold:
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-090038176-11601_Wannacut_San_Diego_CA_92131
When the house stay on market unsold, the only reason is: “Price is too high”.
As JtR said, there is nothing price can’t fix.

So you refi’d your original mortgage, took out $200K cash, and then walked?
uh…. what is wrong with that ?
I thought that is called “investing”, no ?
It is fool some banks (or investors) think residential mortgage securities couldn’t go wrong. OTOH, it is smart for him to take equity out before it is too late.August 2, 2009 at 1:05 PM in reply to: curious about this property : 10861 Caminito Alto San Diego, CA 92131 #440439pepsiParticipant
stopitnow…

The info I listed on July 30, 2009 at 2:20pm has a phone number for trustee for AmerLnstar. I called that number. It is an automated system. It asks for the TS number, which I entered and it gives information. That’s where it said it got postponed to 9-25. But it says for accurate information, attend the auction.
Wow… Thanks for the tip. I would never thought of that.
