Here is another one that is considered fraudulent:
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-090030956
Our agent called and the listing agent said they already have an offer and said the buyer and seller are relatives. And they won’t not take any new offer.

pepsiParticipantThe problem probably is not in my agent’s side, because I did know that she was not submitting it beforehand. It is the listing agent. He misled us to believe the offer was close to 1M, so that is why I didn’t push her to submit the document.
Either way, I have no regret about not getting this house.
The house itself is good, but the location and the backyard was not as ideal. And the house is still a comp killer for the community.

pepsiParticipantAre you guys saying this count as price increase ?
I would say no for this case. It was listed under-priced. The house itself is in good quality. I would say it would still sold for over 1M if it is a regular sale. Our original offer was $935K and when the higher bidder came in, the listing agent say it would cost us closer to 1M to get the house. (I guess his rounding up is in pretty large scale)
I told my agent that the best we can offer is 950K. She think the price won’t get the house and she didn’t send in the offer.pepsiParticipantAre you guys saying this count as price increase ?
