Looks like LCV is finally taking a pretty substantial hit. Seems like the people who moved up at the peak with big down payments are all going to end up losing everything. Makes you start to wonder just how many people actually had the discipline to cash out in 2004-2006 and sit on the sidelines in a rental ready to pounce on the current “deals”. Probably not too many.
