    work wasn’t that hard, it was some effort getting that table into
    Xcel you need to import it as RTF and play with the import rules
    and then i took all listed ranges in price and took the low end
    so that was some cleanup.

    It was frightening to see half the sellers were underwater in march,
    and this was with a healthy economy and bernanke slashing interest
    rates.

    Come August i think it will be really awful.

    i loaded the file you gave into Xcel.

    somewhere between 37 and 44 are not underwater after transaction
    costs (Assuming 6%).

    Now, if you fix all this up, it seems like you would have
    37 provably profitable, some wildly profitable.

    7 undetermined without looking up county records, but, if you split them,
    say 3 profitable 4 losing, we see about 55% of carmel properties
    as underwater.

    i’ve got a tomtom910, not the best, the 920 or 930 is better.

    the USB interface is superior.

    i agree get bluetooth
    mine ended up best being mounted right next to the dash vents
    makes it easier to handle

    i’ve got a tomtom910, not the best, the 920 or 930 is better.

    the USB interface is superior.

    i agree get bluetooth
    mine ended up best being mounted right next to the dash vents
    makes it easier to handle
