The beach communities are holding far better then the
stuff in the valley or even east of the 405.Now, as it gets uglier, that strip of beach gets smaller.
Of course one good typhoon and all that value collapses.
Now usually typhoons are rolling westward but if something spins up
and moves counterflow, well, that could change it all, or a

Xcel you need to import it as RTF and play with the import rules
and then i took all listed ranges in price and took the low end
so that was some cleanup.It was frightening to see half the sellers were underwater in march,
and this was with a healthy economy and bernanke slashing interest
rates.Come August i think it will be really awful.
