Sure, it’s not the same as 2006 but we are slowly but surely on the road back. The Fed had a strong hand in engineering a comeback.
We have a superior military force and are willing to pillage, plunder, and render those in other countries defenseless?
That would never happen, don’t forget our president won the nobel peace prize.

ParticipantHistorically and speaking in terms of percentages, we are exceptional as far as freedom and wealth goes for the average Joe/Jane.
Freedom though ebbs and flows, I think it goes without saying that any American paying attention with critical thinking skills understands our freedoms have been under attack for probably a good 20 years or so, with attacks on our Liberties accelerating/intensifying post 9/11.
We may becoming less exceptional.

ParticipantRemember though, the tenant/OP does not own the property – any new tenant really needs to go through the PM.

Do what the cop tells you to do and you won’t get tazed.
I disagree with this, cops use tazers to coerce and even against peaceful/legal protesters among others.
Sheriff Andy Taylor was pure fiction people. So was Deputy Fife.
Look at it this way: The gov’t is not unlike the Mafia, and cops are the crime boss hitmen.

ParticipantGreat posts….here’s thing CAR, I think as investors exit the market and cheap money ends, wall street will figure out a way to rejuvenate the loose lending side of things.
The housing rally must continue.
But it will end badly….start preparing now.
Think about survival housing/strategic relocation.
How about a Pigg community in the Sierra’s?
Cities will be a dangerous place to be: If famine and disease don’t get ya, roving gangs will.
Of course, WW3 (in the works right now starting with Syria) might delay that even further.
Have a Great Sunday.
