That “episode” was some kind of breakdown where she claimed she couldn’t remember cetain people and anything that happened for about 48 hours prior and had to be hospitalized and sent for psychiatric help cause she mentioned some things that convinced folks she was a danger to herself. Sad really as she is basically a nice kid-3.8 GPA, starts on the basketball team. She had a loser ex boyfriend she was still sleeping with and loaning her car to in hopes of getting him to come back to her, druggy friends she partied with and drove around while they drank in the back seat. Quite a full life for someone only 16 years old…

Although we each should live our lives as we see fit and no
one way is perfect, I agree with PD. One of my teenage nieces recently had an “episode” and had to spill the beans on what she had been up to with her friends – it wasn’t a pretty picture. Her mom and dad both work 2 jobs to pay the mortgage and never really had the time to know who she was hangin’ out with and what they were doing.

Traffic usually picks up after the Superbowl. My wife and I actually visited 4S last week – seeemd like an ok neighborhood but the homes were too big for our tastes. We have 2 kids and were wondering how we were ever going to keep those 3500 sq. feet monstrosities clean. Any bargains on the other side of 15 w/out mello-roos and HOAs?

Ask if the builder will pay all or a portion of the Mello-Roos.

I’m not certain, but the schools in the area around that community aren’t the best- if someone with more knowledge of the area would weigh in it would be much appreciated.

This would seem like an excellent idea if the builder would agree to it- the builder would still get a “higher” selling price and the buyer wouldn’t get stuck with useless upgrades. I would love for builders to pay off my MR.

I get the message- I’ve been trying to relocate to North County but I can afford to wait till the right job opening comes along.

Must be nice to be in the club eh? When outright bums and thieves are receiving outrageous pay packages and corporate welfare on top of that to help them make 100 million dollar bonuses nobody should complain about raising the minimum wage! Heck, some of these homebuilders are BORROWING money to do share buybacks and that benefits who the most: long term shareholders and construction workers or suited execs looking to cash in and receive bonuses?

How does the Calavera neighborhood compare to Aviara in terms of schools and “feel”?.

Thanx, I tried to Zillow it, but Zillow only shows the purchase by the foreclosure shark- I’m very curious as to what the prior owner paid. Anyway, good luck trying to sell it now that there are new mortgage guidelines for exotic loans.
