Look for the logical fallacy in this statement, John. The Clinton’s would probably be nasty to anyone running against them. I hope the race thing continues to back fire against them. Tolerance for oppression doesn’t seem to follow strictly along party lines. I can’t really understand trying to make the argument that it does, especially when it is necessary to contain three or four hundred years of history in it.
Malcolm X said something like …A Republican is a wolf and a Democrat is a wolf in sheep’s clothing….whether it is true or not, I think the balance of altruism or lack thereof is probably about equal.

This 40 acres doesn’t have a house on it but you get the idea. I think it is a great investment when all is properly understood. There are some significant mistakes made in the comments. I don’t want to correct them online. This property is close to mine and it is nice out here. I would make anyone interested in developing it a great deal since it is close to my home and family.
