Resale prices, as measured by the size-adjusted median price, were down again last month:[img_assist|nid=5561|title=case shiller price per sq. ft.|desc=|link=node|align=left|width=466|height=370]
“On a couple threads there has been some back and forth about what is coming in the next few months. Admitting I am in the long and painful decline camp with SD R and a few others. On the other side we have those that believe a large chunk of pricing (10% or more) is about to be taken out of the market quickly (LS2008, Rustico etc.)” June 2007
“Over the last 4 years I have consistently been spot on in predicting every move of the market within the next 6 to 12 and 12 to 24 months.” Nov. 2007

ParticipantThey both lived at home and therefore never even had any history of making real rent payments. They make 90k a year and can’t save while living at home with mommy and daddy. They buy a fixer, money pit that is depreciating. How do they qualify even with a little grant? This stuff isn’t real right? Is it April fool’s day instead of Thanksgiving?

ParticipantI must admit I agree with qwerty depite having some amiration for Dr. Paul. My guess is that 80% or so of Ron Paul supporters will vote republican in the end. My preference would be a walkout of mass proportions, which I think would suit Piggs fine, as we seem to like the sidelines for now. Unfortunately we will probably have normal low voter turnout. A protest of mass proportions… that is what I would like to see. Vote for Ghandi, Malcolm X or Kennedy.

Participant“to the friends and family I have who will not eat turkey on Thanksgiving.”
I have seen and heard the turkeys are kinda skinny this year anyway.
I am greatful for the regular stuff that I am greatful for everyday. I am greatful that Stuart Smalley showed me the way when I was just a young Rustico.
I am greatful no one in my family, including yours truly, knows where Best Buy is…or cares.
Best wishes
