ParticipantJust to clear the air, I have no idea if any of these properties are listed on the MLS or not as I’m not a realtor. One of the houses,which I would buy if I didn’t already have a home, Ive seen the sign disappear for a few days and I figured it finally sold since it was on the market so long, then low and behold another realtor sign pops up, once again with no listing. I just think it is strange!

Usually fill the diesel @ Golden State because they don’t charge extra for using a credit card(Amex)when buying diesel and they are ususally one of the lowest prices around my hood. Think I’ll be making a Costco run today- now if only i can find that list my wife and I made. Also love the fact that if it’s under $100 no signature required.

ParticipantWe have the same rule but for $100, I made the rule and guess what, I’m the one that generally breaks it. That may be true in general that the rule makers are usually also the rule breakers.
